The Rose Meditation
On March 20th, at 7pm, I will be doing The Rose Meditation as a celebration of the Spring Equinox. This loving meditation came to me after the death of my parents in 1999 and since that time it has travelled around New York and Ontario touching many hearts.

For some people it is a healing or others a deeper level of heart-opening and/or a celebration. During the meditation I work with the spirit guides to channel healing to each person. We end the evening swimming in the delicious heart energy that we have created and sharing a small repast.
I hope that you can join me for this evening and that you will pass this message on to others who might be interested.

Laying down, each person relaxes into the environment of music, rose scents from around the world and a guided visualization into the heart of the rose.
